課程大綱 Course syllabus

         This one-year course is designed to promote students' English writing skills to college level. There are two main focuses: (1) a review of English grammar and sentence skills; and (2) an introduction of paragraph-length writing. To achieve the goals, we will introduce important writing strategies and address common EFL writing problems. There are 7 to 8 short or long writing assignment, including grammar exercises and peer revision each semester. Plenty of discussion will take place in class and active participation is highly required of students.
